We really hit the jackpot when we selected Brian as our realtor. As reflected in all his other rave reviews, Brian has many outstanding qualities. What really stuck out to me, however, was his thoroughness in everything that he did and his caring attitude through it all. He was at every inspection prior to the purchase of our home– everyone! Do you know how helpful that is? I was able to clarify things with him immediately, and he was by my side, proactively asking questions to the inspectors as issues arose. Best of all, he never treated our transaction like it was just another sale. He treated it like it was his own. He went in our crawl space, on our roof, answered endless questions from us, and even personally drove me to the Santa Clara planning department to check on something. We bought our house–thanks to Brian–for under the asking price, and he made us feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. He is (even after the sale of our home) always easy to get in touch with and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home maintenance and referrals. Brian is the best of the best, and we feel so lucky to have had him on our side.
