Brian helped us buy a house 5 years ago and he is still our go-to person whenever we need to find someone to do work related to our home. During the home buying process, he was exceptionally hard-working, creative at solving problems, and clever at negotiating. He got us the house we wanted even though we didn’t make the highest bid, taking advantage of the precarious market conditions at the time. But what impresses me most is how he takes customer service to a whole new level.
After buying the house we did a huge remodel and he frequently helped us think through design ideas. A few years later we took on the landscaping and again we relied on him for advice, and he pointed us to a terrific landscape designer. This was all after he had made the sale and theoretically had nothing to gain, except that we have since referred him to several friends, who have been happy with him as well. Brian just gets it.
On top of all that, Brian is a good, decent guy, someone you’re happy to drive around with as you’re looking at properties. I wish every professional I worked with was as competent, knowledgeable, and personable as Brian is.
