TRUST .. I think this is the most important thing when you’re looking for a realtor. We are from the UK and buying our first home in the USA was a daunting task. We really needed a realtor we could totally trust and after speaking with a few reputable realtors in the area we decided to work with Brian. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge in the area, so we knew we had made the right decision. During our search for a home in an extremely difficult market Brian knew exactly what we were looking for and made suggestions we hadn’t even considered. This is KEY, because you can keep trawling through open houses and hope to stumble on the right one but when your realtor starts thinking outside the box for you and REALLY working for you ..that’s when you know you have someone on your side. But his level of service and commitment didn’t stop there. Eventually we thought we had found the right home and on the day of writing the offer (there were going to be multiple offers on this home) he called us and told us another house had come on the market that day and we should take a look. Now… one would think NAH!! !! I’ve done enough work here and let us continue to write up the offer, but he knew instinctively that the other home would be a better fit for us. Again he was right!! He successfully guided us through the whole process which in this case wasn’t completely straightforward but Brian navigated us through to the end and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We have the uppermost respect for Brian, a true gentleman and an absolute competent professional in his field. We highly recommend him.
