Brian Bernasconi is amazing!!! He helped us find our home in Willow Glen back in 2005. He took me to numerous showings and always listened to me complain about why the house wasn’t “the one.” When we finally found our house he worked very diligently to make sure we got the house. The seller was moving out of the area and wanted to make sure the sale went smoothly. The selling agent later told us that even though there were multiple offers, we got the house because of Brian’s solid reputation. Now, let’s fast forward! My mom was looking to relocate to San Jose to be closer to family. I explained how crazy the housing market is in San Jose and let her know if could be a year before we found something that suitable. I suggested she give Brian a call. After talking to him for about 30 minutes he said he would follow up the next day as he thought he had something that was a perfect fit. The next day he called back and we went to look at a duplex. It was 5 minutes from our house and checked off every box on our wish list. Brian knew it was perfect for my mom and he fought very hard to close the sale. When he explained my mom’s situation to the selling agent, she also agreed it was a great fit. He’s the only person I know that could follow an agent to their house to wait for the client’s answer and not have the selling agent feel bothered. In fact, the selling agent was so impressed with Brian that she told us we were very lucky to have Brian representing us. In a crazy market our offer was accepted a week after we started looking. What more can I say?
