So, so grateful to have chosen Brian and Dan to be my agents on my first home purchase!!
I’ve known Brian personally for over 40 years, having grown up in the same community and gone to the same schools all of our lives. So when it came time to choose a realtor, knowing Brian’s work ethic, character and integrity like I have, there really was no other choice.
This was my first home purchase of my own after a divorce. I didn’t know anything about the business, the process, what to expect. Brian and Dan supported me every step of the way. They walked me through all of the stages with such patience and thoroughness. During the difficult home search process (I had a modest budget in an extremely slim and competitive market), Brian notified me immediately when he found something he thought would interest me. He would offer to meet me at the new listing within mere hours. My loan was somewhat difficult and complicated because of needing an asset based program instead of a traditional income based loan. But every step of the way, Brian and Dan were by my side, overcoming obstacles and complications. I was always amazed at how timely they were in getting things done or in getting back to me with answers. I felt bad that they were working such long hours!! It was so helpful to have the two of them as a team instead of just one agent juggling clients.
I just closed escrow on my first new home just yesterday and couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment in utilizing Brian and Dan again in the future or recommending them to family and friends.
