Brian has helped me on a couple of properties. First he sold my rental property in West San Jose. It had been a rental for 20 years and needed quite a bit of work. He provided me with all the contractors and managed all the required repairs. He also staged the property for me and went as far as to buy and install items such as mirrors and bathroom hardware. By the time he was done with the house repairs and the landscaping, I wanted to move in! When the house was ready to show, he held it open and acquired a buyer. It quickly closed, and then we had 90 days to find another property. He was instrumental in finding me a duplex, negotiating the terms and closing in a timely manner. It was the easiest transaction I have ever participated in.
His attention to detail as well as his desire to go that extra mile makes it a pleasure to work with him. He cares about his clients and works extremely hard to find them the right property or to sell their property at the right price. And a bonus, not only is he a great realtor, he is a really nice guy.
