We met Brian several years ago while attending open houses (just to kick the tires) and discovered we had mutual friends. While we decided to stay in our home at that time, we were able keep in touch with Brain through some professional endeavors. Through Brian’s connections, we sped up the process of getting the house ready, decided on a listing price, and completed everything in our short timing window. The home sold in one week at $100K over asking.
Brian went the extra mile on everything, including finding a short term rental for us. His experience, knowledge of the market, and connections all contributed to turning a non-normal real estate transaction to a normal easy one. He always had our best interest at mind. Plus, as someone has noted, he is a really nice person.
