We worked with Dan and Elisa to sell our house and to purchase our next house. We were very happy with how smooth both sales went and would recommend them to anybody.

This is my first ever review on Yelp and I felt so compelled to write it because of the great work that Brian and Elisa provided to me. They did an awesome job helping me buy my first home. From the initial interview all the way through contract signing, they were always available and eager to help. They provided great insights to the market and served as an excellent advisor in this very competitive market. I would say that they’ve exceeded even my highest expectations and provided their professional services with a personal touch. I would not have been able to buy without them.

Our experience with Brian and Dan was and continues to be amazing! After thorough online research, we decided on them and could not be happier with our decision. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Brian/Dan were extremely patient in guiding us through the process. They were available weekends and evenings for showings and to answer all our questions… and we had questions ranging from home design to financing. They are a seamless team that you can trust and connect with immediately. If you want a personal experience and an attentive team, look no further than Brian and Dan!

Dan Rubnitz came highly recommended to me a number of years ago by a close friend, business colleague and long-time resident of Los Gatos.  I sent Dan several referrals over the years, never having met him, and he never failed to delight.

Then came my turn, with a decision to sell my home after almost 23 years in Los Gatos.  About that time Dan moved to Sereno Group and partnered up with Brian Bernasconi.

A single parent since my two girls were babies, with a stressful executive career in high tech, I was used to doing everything on my own.  This time however, beyond the obvious professional expertise and work ethic, I needed a lot more…..

A lot of emotional support…. someone who stayed calm and positive, but realistic, thru all the gnarly steps of selling deeply personal property….someone who supported me when needed… walking me off the ledge on more than one occasion … someone who always had me tucked in, up to date, on top of the steps, coached on my words and actions and on and on.  And when Dan was out of town Brian seamlessly stepped in a picked up, as if they were one person.

I was gently taken on one of the most stressful and overwhelming times of my life and Dan, in partnership with Brian, was able to pull off a sale exceeding all expectations.

To everyone considering a move, spend a moment with this dynamic duo before making this vitally-important decision.  You’ll be happy you did.

It was an excellent experience with Brian and Dan throughout selling and buying a home within a month! I would say it was all about mutual respect, trust and responsibility. We failed selling our home once with other agent but it was substantially changed when we met them. Brian knew what were important and how we can improve selling points with more efficient ways. We just believed him and accepted his recommendations. Then, got multiple offers!
They are also experts on home decoration and construction. Dan is a very nice advisor for your home structure while Brian is an awesome helper for staging and design a new home. Looks like they are really perfect team to support each other.
We can’t be happier than now, since we worked together and will keep in touch with them for future home selling/buying events. I am actually volunteering to advertise them to my friends as I saw most of them were quite disappointed working with their agents.
