As a Realtor with over 25 years of sales experience in this valley, I have worked with plenty of other agents. Rarely do I find that I was 100% happy with how they handled their end of the transaction. I just completed a sale as the buyers’ agent, working with Brian as the sellers’ representative. He was outstanding to work with, in all regards!
Brian is thorough, honest, friendly, helpful and attentive to all details. He made the entire transaction a breeze, despite some complications in our situation, the stress of multiple offers, and the time pressures of a very short escrow. He made an unlikely sale work for my clients, while keeping his clients’ best interests protected at all times as well. That balance, and the win-win result we all enjoyed, is a rare thing in our industry.
If I could clone Brian and know that he would be the agent I was able to work with over and over again for all of my future sales, I would in a heartbeat. He was that outstanding. In addition to expertly handling many of the details personally, he also has a wonderful transaction coordinator and top-notch associates that made the entire process a great experience. From his escrow officer to his vendors (roof, pest, staging, painter, etc.), every person and company I needed to rely upon for good service and communication throughout the escrow and afterwards as well performed to the highest levels. I am now using some of his preferred vendors for my other clients’ needs…I was that impressed with them all.

I interviewed several Realtors around Silicon Valley before deciding to work with Brian, and I am very happy with my choice.
I worked with Brian for several months before closing on a great place in San Jose. During this time, Brian did an excellent job in educating me about the home buying process, and with communication in general. He also did an excellent job listening to me and learning about what I want in a home and was never pushy or sales-y.
During this time, we found what I thought was my dream home, but was in contact to be sold to another buyer. Brian made a huge effort to negotiate with the seller to try to win the home for me, although it did not work out for reasons outside of our control.
After missing the first buying attempt, we found my second dream home, where Brian again did a great job and worked hard to get the best price and the best overall conditions.
During the closing process Brian referred me to Narbik Karamian for help with the lending process, and who also did a great job. We planned for a short closing time, and even finished ahead of schedule.

Brian Bernasconi is the agent you want when buying or selling a house. He is not only professional at all times but he goes above and beyond every step of the way to make it personal. I can’t say enough about what he has done for our family. He worked with several different parties including our builder in North Carolina, realtors in N.C., different attorneys, accountants and family members to successfully complete not only the sale of the house in California but also the purchase of the new house. He not only continually supported the team he built in California to sell the house he also referred excellent people to help with the transaction. He managed multiple offers and negotiated a great offer to obtain the best price and terms. Most importantly he gained our trust and he was invaluable in a very stressful situation. Brian helped us buy a house 5 years ago and he is still our go-to person whenever we need to find someone to do work related to our home. During the home buying process, he was exceptionally hard-working, creative at solving problems, and clever at negotiating. He got us the house we wanted even though we didn’t make the highest bid, taking advantage of the precarious market conditions at the time. But what impresses me most is how he takes customer service to a whole new level.
After buying the house we did a huge remodel and he frequently helped us think through design ideas. A few years later we took on the landscaping and again we relied on him for advice, and he pointed us to a terrific landscape designer. This was all after he had made the sale and theoretically had nothing to gain, except that we have since referred him to several friends, who have been happy with him as well. Brian just gets it.
On top of all that, Brian is a good, decent guy, someone you’re happy to drive around with as you’re looking at properties. I wish every professional I worked with was as competent, knowledgeable, and personable as Brian is.

Brian has helped me with several buying/selling cycles and I can’t recommend him enough. He is knowledgeable of the market and the complexities unique to this geography and economy and I could not have navigated the housing or financing activities without him.
He sold my house quickly in a very difficult market and worked tirelessly with me until I was well situated with a new home. The acquisition should have been the easier part of the business, however, we had complications that bordered on the absurd (and comical). Throughout the home buying process, Brian was always professional and very patient in showing me all of the properties I was interested in. He was also able to manage my complex personal situation as I was nearing completion of my divorce. (His ability to manage this situation proved to be invaluable later on as I went through the home financing process.) Brian provided relevant information on how to handle multiple offer situations and helped me present my best offer in each scenario. His understanding of the market conditions and the specific value of each property helped guide me to make informed decisions on how to approach each offer. Because of his diligence and guidance, I was able to purchase a home in my desired neighborhood and we were able to stay within my price range.
He has an extensive network of professionals that he works with. Through his recommendation, I worked with an experienced mortgage broker on my home financing. The broker was able to help me find the best rate and terms for my loan. This was the most difficult part of the home buying process, as my personal situation was very complex. Both Brian and the mortgage broker worked efficiently and diligently to help me through the underwriting process until my financing was approved, funded and the transaction was recorded.
After we closed escrow and I got the keys to my new house, Brian’s work didn’t stop there. I mentioned that I wanted to remodel some areas in the house and he provided me an extensive list of quality service professionals who could help design and update areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms, windows, floors, etc. Brian is well connected in the real estate world and has resources to solve almost any situation.
