Brian is fantastic.  Five years ago, he helped us sell our first home quickly and despite some complications with the transaction along the way, he went above and beyond to help us complete the sale.  We took months to find our second home and Brian was patient and honest.  This is not a guy looking to complete a quick sale.  He would often tell us, “this home is not the right one for your family” and our search continued until we found the perfect home at an amazing price.  As we did some improvements on the home before moving in, Brian was there to support us when the inevitable challenges in construction came up.  To this day, we stay in touch with Brian.  In addition to becoming a great friend, his advice and valuable network helps us in any home-related projects that we undertake.

We were lucky enough to have Brian represent us buying a home in San Jose. We would walk into several open houses over the weekend and every single selling agent knew Brian and had worked with him in the past. This was definitely a benefit since his professional attitude and conduct was well respected and appreciated by everyone. We met Brian several years ago while attending open houses (just to kick the tires) and discovered we had mutual friends. While we decided to stay in our home at that time, we were able keep in touch with Brain through some professional endeavors. First impressions are important and as a potential buyer Brain defiantly struck us as a knowledgeable and trusting agent. We felt very comfortable with him.
When we did decide that we would put our home of 20+ years in Santa Clara on the market, Brian was the one we selected to be our agent. Over the years we had made several improvements to the home but the first thing was to have him suggest changes/improvements that would make a difference in showing the house and in any offering price. There was nothing major to do and his suggestions had a small cost but a very positive impact on how the place looked and on the final selling price.

While we were planning on listing the home in mid to late fall we had to shorten that schedule because we purchased a home in another state and had to close on that place in a little over 60 days. This is where Brian shinned. We had to get our Santa Clara home ready to list in a very short time. Through Brian’s connections, we sped up the process of getting the house ready, decided on a listing price, and completed everything in our short timing window. The home sold in one week at $100K over asking.
Brian went the extra mile on everything, including finding a short term rental for us. His experience, knowledge of the market, and connections all contributed to turning a non-normal real estate transaction to a normal easy one. He always had our best interest at mind. Plus, as someone has noted, he is a really nice person.
I would highly recommend Brian to anyone seeking to sell or purchase a home.
